1. Water! If you are hungry drink WATER! Water makes you less hungry and
2. Brush your teeth often! Nothing tastes good with tooth paste.
3. Make a food diary where you write everything you eat! Find some thinspo (quotes or pictures) and fill the diary with it.
4. Feel your bones. Just wrap your fingers around your wrists or along your collarbone. This will help you realize that you’re making progress and will also deter you from eating because you don’t want to lose those bones, do you?
5. Keep your wallet at home! If you don't have money, you cant buy food.
6. Look at thinspo as often as you can. Try to find a famous person you want too look like and find pictures of her/him. You have too look up to the person. Find out her/his weight and height and calculate the BMI and compare it with your BMI.
7. Do something you enjoy instead of eating. Take a bath, play with a pet, read a book, exercise, do whatever works for you.
8. Ride out the hour. When you start to get hungry, just tell yourself that you’ll wait until the end of the hour to eat anything. That way you’ll have time to think about whether or not you really want those calories, and you’ll also feel really powerful since you’ve proved to yourself that you can go for that time without food.
9. Try to be more alone. If you are at a friends house you will be asked if you want to eat dinner there. And believe me, its difficult too say no to that. And what to teenagers do when they are bored? We go to the cinema, watch movies, play games and so on. And when we do that we often eat candy.
10. If you have to sit for long hours, don’t sit idle. Always do something like tapping your legs or fingers, stretching your legs, etc. Remember each calorie counts.
